Senior and Handicapped Income-Based Apartments

Whiteside's Faith Manor provides income-based apartments in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in affiliation with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. If you are looking for mobility handicapped or senior housing, learn about living in our comfortable apartments.

Tenants

Our apartment units are available for senior citizens 62 and older. If you are under 62, you must be declared disabled and be receiving supplemental security income (SSI). All applicants must also pass a criminal background history check.

Apartments

Create a home and find community at Whiteside's Faith Manor. We have 117 units in Chattanooga and provide one- and two-bedroom efficiency apartments. Amenities include Laundromats, cable television hookups, and 24-hour security. Additionally, our apartments are on major bus lines that will easily take you to appointments, shopping, and restaurants.

Income-Based Housing

Live in one of our units and experience safe, secure, and affordable housing with a down-home touch. Income restrictions may apply, as 100% of our renters pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income in rent. Funding is subsidized by a project-based Section 8 contract. If you or a client of yours is transitioning from assisted to independent living, consider applying for one of our units.
